music studio issue

dear sir , I am sorry to say
today whole day tried to eliminate issue with music studio but issue is still persist
issues are
1. in window version of music studio crack sound of styles and instruments which is annoying , i can say sound is far better in the android free version
2.another issue is additional background noise of string kind of instrument when
kept in chord memory mode + chord scan mode
in this issue when u play solo instrument in upper1/upper2/upper3 & multiple finger mode there is harsh background noise continuous noise of string sounds while pressing chords
this is annoying
if you can provide solution for these 2 problems otherwise let me know about refund policy

Try turning off all effects, especially any kind of reverb, delay, or chorus, to see if the noise disappears.

In the Sound Settings of the software or the ASIO4ALL control panel, increase the buffer size step by step, e.g. from 128 to 256, then to 512. Test the project each time until the noise stops.
